How we select our unusual properties

Every month, each Foxtons office manager selects a handful of properties they deem 'Rare'. These properties may be chosen for a number of different reasons, such as architectural, historical or because of their unique or desirable location.

What makes a "Rare" property

The unusual properties are chosen because;

Interesting history
Unusual or desirable location
Unique internal features
Interesting external features
Unusual use of space

How can you view these unique properties?

When you find a property you would like to view, simply click the more details button, which will take you through, to the main Foxtons website.

Once on the property page on the Foxtons site, click the arrange an appointment link.
